Welcome to our beautiful home in Lower Gibsons. Our spacious and recently updated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with its cozy living room and gas fireplace has been well enjoyed. The large family room off the kitchen has been beneficial to our growing family. Many summers spent relaxing with friends on our sunny patio looking out over the south-facing, fenced backyard, watching our kids swing and play tag with the neighbourhood kids. Our greenhouse, fruit trees, and raised garden beds are only some of things that make us sad to leave this special place. Outside, we created a self contained studio that would make a great in-law suite, yoga studio or place to work from home. Wander down to Franklin beach, the marina and the Gibsons Public Market. It's all just a short 5 minute walk away.
